Meet Your Instructors

Sechaba Tloubatla (@iam_schabae)

Sechaba is a Johannesburg-based dancer and movement artist known for his infectious energy and love for rhythm. His Instagram is a hub for inclusive, beginner-friendly dance content that encourages confidence, joy, and freedom of movement. From expressive social dance to captivating choreography, Sechaba’s classes are designed to make every participant feel the groove and shine on the floor.

December Skhosana (@december_ns)

With a career spanning classical ballet, musical theatre, and commercial performance, December brings precision, elegance, and powerhouse stage presence to every class. From Joburg Ballet to performing with Grammy Award-winning pop artist Tyla, she combines technical mastery with expressive storytelling, giving dancers the chance to explore control, emotion, and dynamic movement.

What You’ll Learn

This 90-minute workshop is divided into two signature classes:

 Latin Fusion (45 minutes)

• Dance Samba and Cha Cha with high-energy rhythms
• Improve your musicality, footwork, and expressive styling
• Perfect for beginners and experienced dancers looking to boost confidence

 Dark Contemporary (45 minutes)

• Explore grounded, emotionally charged movement
• Learn control, contrast, and storytelling through your body
• Ideal for dancers looking to deepen their expressive and technical skills
